Volunteering with the EBBC Youth

All volunteers must complete the following two forms:

YOUTH VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

CHILD SAFEGUARDING POLICY

MANDATED REPORTER TRAINING

ebbcKIDS CHILDREN’S MINISTRY MANUAL

Adult Volunteers must also complete the following:

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK

CHILD ABUSE CLEARANCE

FBI CLEARANCE

If you lived in PA for 10 years or more you can sign this waiver.

FBI CLEARANCE

If you moved into the state in the last 10 years, you have to do a fingerprint background check.
